Dr. Mehr was a practicing Emergency Medicine physician in Portland for 21 years before changing careers and founding Cascade Psychedelic Medicine in 2021. His clinic provides psychedelic treatment with ketamine for clients with depression, anxiety and PTSD. He serves as a study physician at Portland Psychotherapy for a clinical trial using MDMA assisted therapy to treat social anxiety disorder. He is an InnerTrek graduate and licensed psilocybin facilitator, now serving as the Health and Safety Director for InnerTrek’s new psilocybin service center in Portland
